1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using CaseMatch (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CaseMatch. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the Game.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Game. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use CaseMatch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Game in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Game.
- Use the Game to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, the server on which the Game is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Game.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality in CaseMatch, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of CaseMatch or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without our prior written consent.
7. In-App Purchases
CaseMatch may offer in-app purchases. If you make an in-app purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Game may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CaseMatch. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that CaseMatch shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such sites or services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CaseMatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Game or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Game. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CaseMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Game, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CaseMatch, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Game after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
